Larvikite

Larvikite is a syenite containing prominent augite. Syenite is a felsic igneous rock that has a feldspar makeup of about 65-90% with less than 5% quartz. It is essentially a mixed material containing alkali feldspar, a small amount plagioclase, some version of augite (or any of the following: olivine, pyroxene, amphibole, biotite, basalt, diabase, gabbro) and a bit of quartz. It is a feldspar-rich crystal that can carry labradorescence.

Physically, Larvikite is thought to help the brain process new information. It is believed to help treat skin disorders, boost metabolism, and support weight loss. It can also aid in muscular detoxification and stroke recovery.
