Vesuvianite

Vesuvianite (və-ˈsü-vē-ə-ˌnīt ) – Ca₁₉Fe³⁺Al₄(Al₆Mg₂)(◻₄)◻[Si₂O₇]₄[(SiO₄)₁₀]O(OH)₉ ( ALSO Idocrase)

A member of the Vesuvianite group, having a vitreous or resinous luster, a hardness of 6.5 and a member of the tetragonal crystal system. Can form in brown, yellow, brown-black, light green, emerald green, white, red, purple, violet, blue-green to blue.

A great asset for bones and teeth as well as nutrient absorption. It helps to alleviate skin and digestion issues as well as heart and blood circulation.

Vesuvianite is useful in helping to release pent up anger (gently) and find emotional balance. It carries a loving, calm, peaceful energy and nurtures love and compassion. It can clear negative thoughts and patterns of behavior.
